The Circle Mobility provides mobility devices and bikes for hire to make Dundee more accessible. Some people will take it for granted that they can easily make a trip to the shops, attend medical appointments or enjoy tourist spots but there are barriers for people who need specialist equipment to get out and about. Whether you need a device for a one-off trip or for regular visits, we want to make Dundee more accessible for you.
The Circle Mobility is based next to the Overgate shopping centre in Dundee and operates 7 days a week, hiring out a range of vehicles to help people get out and about in the city (and beyond). Single day hire of mobility devices and bikes is free, with a charge applied to longer hires.

How to hire a vehicle or bike
On your first visit, we ask you to bring two forms of ID, one of which needs to have your address. Forms of ID we accept are:
- Passport or Driving licence
- Bus pass or any card with the PASS logo
- Debit/Credit card
- Blue badge
- Recent letter with your name and address (dated within last 3 months)
