The Circle Workspaces
The Circle operates fair rent, flexible and supportive workspaces in Dundee and Glasgow for socially minded organisations.
The Circle has built a thriving community made up of individuals and organisations, including social businesses, community groups, and charities who rent workspaces and meeting rooms at our Dundee and Glasgow hubs.
The core of our work is providing physical spaces to charities, social enterprises, community groups and SMEs at affordable rates, to support them to achieve their aims and provide vital services to their clients in a welcoming and safe environment.
Event spaces at The Circle can be rented hourly, daily or in block bookings more long term. Office rentals include wi-fi, a serviced reception desk, a business address and no-deposit rentals. Our hubs host offices in a wide variety of sizes to suit sole traders, small teams or branches of national organisations, with rent starting at £8 per square foot.
Meeting and event space
Spaces can be difficult to find on a budget. Whether you are holding a board meeting, delivering training or making a pitch to investors, you need somewhere to bring a group of people together in a professional setting. We have small, medium and large rooms as well as exhibition and events spaces across our locations in Dundee and Glasgow. Audio Visual equipment and refreshments are also available.
Office Space
Whether you are starting up, or are an established organisation, we have space for you at our bases at our Dundee or Easterhouse, Glasgow site.
The Circle has been designed to be as flexible as possible where we have a range of spaces, small to large, short-term to long-term and hot-desking to co-working, to support charities, social enterprises, individuals, community groups and socially aware businesses.
