We have a range of workspaces available in our Easterhouse hub. We have rooms from 170sqft – 600sqft with rent from £8 per sqft excluding service charge. These can be rented on a short-term or long-term basis as well as co-working for £120 per month and hot-desking available at £15 per day. We are looking for all types of individuals and organisations to take up residency and build an eclectic community.

The Circle Easterhouse is located in the East of Glasgow and is easily accessible by road with the M80 and M73 close by, and great public transport links.

The building has ramp access, a lift to all floors and has accessible toilets.

The facility is located next to a major bus route which can take you to and from the city centre, Easterhouse train station is also a short walk away that can take you into and out of the city.

Getting here
The Circle Glasgow is accessible by bus, train and car. Easterhouse has a train station a short 15-minute walk away. There are regular buses from Glasgow City Centre with the numbers X19 and 60/60A stopping outside the centre.
