The event will be set up a bit like a speed dating event but without the awkward small talk. Those looking for a board member will have 10 minutes to chat to those looking to join a board. This is a chance for you to ‘pitch’ your organisation and let folks know what skills and knowledge you are looking for.
Spaces are limited for the event. Sign up and let us know if you’re looking for any skills, and we’ll do our best to invite those with the relevant knowledge.
For those looking to join an organisation’s board.
You will get to ‘date’ the organisations and learn about them. You will be able to discuss your skills, knowledge, and experience and what you could add to their board. If you’re not what they’re looking for, you’ll have a great time getting to know each other. You never know what might come from a 10-minute conversation.
