3 years after opening our second hub in Easterhouse, Glasgow we are taking a look back at some of our achievements so far.
The Circle took over control of the former Westwood Business Centre in Easterhouse, Glasgow, in September 2019 since then the building has turned into a thriving community-based hub that has created ten new jobs, increased the buildings occupancy from 25% to 80%.
One of our core services at The Circle is our affordable, flexible workspaces for social enterprises, community groups, charities and private businesses. By providing affordable, flexible office spaces, The Circle empowers organisations to focus on their core missions, fostering a collaborative environment where community impact is at the forefront.
Our key achievements so far:
- Occupancy up from 25% to 85%

- New partnerships with local organisations
Tenants at The Circle Glasgow now include Network Solutions Scotland, Turning Point Scotland, and Chattersense.
The transformation of the Easterhouse building has been made possible through a collaboration with Glasgow City Council and City Property under the “Space for Growth” initiative. We have also established strong partnerships with local Easterhouse organisations like Easterhouse Housing and Regeneration Alliance (EHRA) and The Platform,
The “Space for Growth” project has had a profound impact on the local community, with The Circle directly creating 10 jobs and up to a further 85 jobs now based at the centre through the increased number of tenants.
